Gregor Neidhart, a long-standing member of the board of trustees and an expert in accounting and controlling, will be supporting Sabine Lüthy as co-chief executive with immediate effect. This step is necessary because Sabine Lüthy’s recovery from a serious post-Covid syndrome is unfortunately taking longer than hoped.
Sabine Lüthy will concentrate on communications and fundraising and will remain the most important contact for our donors and partners. Gregor Neidhart will manage the Bern office and serve as the first point of contact for matters regarding the Newlands Clinic in Harare.
This organisational structure will be re-evaluated by the board of trustees in 2024. During the period in question, the financial responsibilities held by Gregor Neidhart on the board of trustees will be assumed by Martin Fuhrer.
